Michelle is a meditation guide, certified yoga teacher and Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience in energy healing and yogic practice.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of styles of yoga (Hatha, Restorative, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra), and makes yoga accessible and meaningful to people with all physical conditions and body types
