Hockey Program Schedule

The Perfect Balance of Hockey Training and Camp Fun..To Get You Ready for the Hockey Season

The schedule for our Sport + Spirit Retreat Hockey Program is set up to get you ready for the hockey season, while you also enjoy a fabulous Northern Ontario camp experience – with the right balance of food, fun, and activities for both your body and spirit.

Schedule based on maximum of 22 ppl participating (20 players + 2 goalies). If more registered for the program, schedule will be adjusted to suit. 

Tentative Schedule - Friday, September 12th, 2025

1:30 pm - 6:00 pm Arrive On-Site and Check In
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Skills/Drills and Scrimmage @Arena
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Dinner and Evening Entertainment

Arena Location: South River/Machar Arena (10 minute drive from HOC Camp)

Tentative Schedule - Saturday, September 13, 2025

6:45 am - 7:30 am Sunrise Yoga (optional)
7:00 am - 8:00 am Breakfast
8:30 am - 10:00 am Skills & Drills/Scrimmage @ Arena
11:00 am - 12:30 pm Camp Activity Session #1
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm Camp Activity Session #2
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm Afternoon Snack
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm Camp Activity Session #3
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Dinner and Evening Entertainment

6:45 am - 7:30 am Sunrise Yoga (Optional)
7:00 am - 8:30 am Breakfast
9:00 am - 10:30 am

1:30 pm Pack Up
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Pickleball Tournament (if participating)
