Arm Balance Workshop

Get ready to roll out your yoga mat and play in the realm of possibility of balancing on your arms and hands in different ways!

There are many arm balance postures that we will learn including; crow pose, side crow pose, pincha pose, dragon fly, 8 angle pose, pincha pose, headstands and handstands.

This is an ALL LEVELS workshop meaning little to no experience to super yogis are welcome!

Jax will meet you where you're at in your practice and give you the foundational tools so you can feel empowered to take the next step from where you are. This means whether your feet leave the ground or not you will leave feeling open to new possibilities opening in your body and mind.

Power Yoga Workshop, Wellness Camp Retreat

Jax McCauley would be described as light hearted, compassionate, super connected, cool and fun. She's always lead an athletic lifestyle through many activities and team sport until numerous hockey injuries lead her to the grace of yoga.

For the past 11 years, she has dedicated her life to being a devoted and enthusiastic teacher and student of yoga through the practices of self love, gratitude, meditation, journaling, active self inquiry, playful singing and dancing, as well as asana in many forms while favouring Baptiste inspired power yoga. Through these practices she has deepened her own sense of value, power and importance of connection to self and being for others. 

She completed her 200hr YTT through Power Yoga Canada as well as a 40hr Assisting Intensive training, one on one mentorship training, lead a yoga retreats in the jungles of Panama and the forests of Muskoka, ON and has also attended and facilitated many workshops and programs, including the powerful Baptiste inspired program, 40 days to personal revolution and a program of her very own creation called SSLG (Speak Straight, Listen Generously). She also traveled to Thailand May 2018 to complete her Baptiste Level 1 training lead by Baron himself! She is also apart of the Muskoka Yoga Festival family where she has lead classes and supported the festival team.

Jax teaches between 9 - 12 classes/week at Soul Fire Power Yoga (St. Catharines), InPower Yoga (Grimsby) and Power Yoga Canada (Burlington). She recently graduated her 300hr teacher training through PYC. Jax is also a certified reiki practitioner and advocate of energy healing.

She believes and knows the power of being a student everyday in these practices and is dedicated to supporting others in discovering their very own super powers within.
