My vision of Sport & Spirit started with wellness. I wanted to offer a place and space where women could take a break and spend some time on themselves. After the success of our Wellness Retreat in 2018/19 and Hockey Retreat in 2019, it became glaringly obvious that women are hungry for this opportunity. So, for 2023, we've combined the best of women's Hockey and Wellness to create an all encompassing Women's Retreat weekend. I invite you to join us!
